M.I. Double Dawgs

Hey Folks,
I just got word that the solid pearl white Double Dawgs that we special ordered from Musky Innovations many months ago are finally available at Musky Tackle Online, (MTO) http://muskytackleonline.com/ These were especially ordered in a solid pearl white color so it would provide a good base to paint on. While these Double Dawgs are great new baits... the factory only produces them in a few basic colors....and those colors are a real pain to paint over.
If you are interested in getting one of these new Double Dawgs painted in one of your favorite custom colors, just contact Aaron at MTO and place your order as soon as possible. There is only a very few of these baits available and when they're gone no more will be available.
For custom painting just have Aaron send me the baits when you order them and I'll paint them in any color/pattern you might want. The cost for the paint work will be $10.00 plus shipping.
If you have any questions just shoot me an email.
Thanks
Jeff

A Little Something Different

With the unseasonably warm weather we've been having lately...and knowing that it's not going to last for long , I just had to get out of the shop today and enjoy the nice weather. I took the musky tackle out of my boat and replaced it with some bass gear just for a change of pace. It turns out that it was a good decision too. The bass weren't everywhere but when you found the areas that held big groups of bait fish (as you can see in some of the pics) you found the bass. They were holding in small groups and they were willing to chase down most any bait you wanted to throw at them....most of these bass came on buzzbaits, spinnerbaits or jerkbaits but I did catch several on swimbaits and some on rubber too. The photos show about 7 or 8 bass from the 30 or so I caught...most were all about the same size...while not big , they were fun. A perfect way to spend a early fall day.

Cool Pictures

Here's a couple pictures that were sent to me by friends. Both of these photos show fish that were caught on commercial baits that I painted. The jumping Pike was taken on a Castaic Swimming Cisco that I had painted in Dr. Carp. The netted musky was fooled by a Medussa that I painted in a color we call Crazy Northern Lights.
Thank guys for the pics.
