Here's this years winners of the Boggs Baits Pike Competition.We had a tie for first place this year !! Both Erik Walmann and Morten Opsal caught monster pike weighting in at 9720 g, that's 21.4 pounds. Third place was a fish of 9000 g or 19.8 pounds caught by Daniel Strömerg.
The 3 winners will each receive three of my custom swimbaits, all finished in a special color that was created just for this competition.
The rules were simple, the fish must have been caught in the 2009 calender year, caught on one of my lures and the minimum weight to enter was 5000 g.
CONGRATULATIONS to all the winners !!
A big thank you to all the other fine fishermen that entered their qualifying fish.
This years competition has already begun and it will run until Dec. 31st, 2010. This years prizes have already been sent to the administrator of the competition and they are also 1 of a kind custom colors.
