Experimental Painting

Blue Back Herring......First attempt at this color.....this version has a lot of silver, glimmer blue, white and dark blue colors in it. Having never seen one of these fish live, it's a little tough getting the colors right by looking at photos. Many times cameras do not pick up the little color differences,..or the flash will wash out some of the shading completely hiding some colors.

Experimental Painting

Clear water pike......I had a request for a pike color for clear water and this is my first attempt at that color. I know pike have brighter colored fins but I haven't decided what color the fins should be..... red or orange.....I've seen both colors on live pike.

Last of the Double Dawgs

Some Different Stuff

A couple shots of some different things I did awhile back for a couple friends. One pic is of 10 bass sized spinnerbaits I built for his annual trip down south.
The other pic is a jointed long tail swim bait I put together and a Shallow Invader repaint complete with a custom hand poured tail.

Prepped and Ready

Here's a few Double Dawgs ready to go into the paint room.

A few more Double Dawgs fresh from the paint room.

Double Dawgs

A few photos of the first batch of Double Dawgs to come out of the paint room.
1st pic is a color I call Atomic Perch
2nd pic is Sherbert
3rd shot has 2 colors in it Dr. Carp (left) and Hot Pike (right)
4th photo is Bloody Smallmouth
5th pic is the color called Coward
The remaining pics are some close up shots of each color.

Should you be interested in getting a Double Dawg or two painted in your favorite color just give Aaron at Musky Tackle Online a shout.....but you better hurry because there is a very limited supply of blanks and when they're gone... they're gone.

Widetail Pike

A few photos I've received lately of some Swedish pike that were taken on my Widetail Swimbait.
Very nice pike and Thanks for the pics guys.

Recent Catches

With the water temps falling it seems that every species of fish are biting and you just never know, on any given day what you'll catch ......which is cool I think, I like the variety
