I got out for a little while this week. I wanted to check on the crappie location just to see if they had begun to group up in their wintering areas yet.....which they had started but are not in big groups yet....as the water gets cooler the groups will get bigger. Even with my limited amount of time I had, I did manage to get several nice ones which will become the guest of honor of a very fine meal..or two.
